What to send for a PDA

  1. Vessel type and flag
  2. GT / NT / summer DWT
  3. LOA / beam / arrival and departure draft
  4. Trade (international or cabotage), last and next port
  5. Purpose of call (load, discharge, crew change, supplies, repairs, STS, bunkers, survey)
  6. Cargo, quantity in metric tonnes and IMO class if dangerous goods
  7. Berth or terminal, if known
  8. Expected days at berth or anchorage, and shifts
  9. Crew change (on-signers, off-signers and nationalities)

The PDA is an estimate based on the particulars you send and the tariffs and exchange rate in force; the final disbursement account (FDA) reflects the actual call.
